Todd Allee is a nationally certified personal trainer. Todd has a far reaching cliental from professional athletes to stay at home moms. He specializes in strength and conditioning and extreme fat loss programs. With over 10 years experience in training clients and a extensive background in all aspects of sports and nutrition such as collegiate football and basketball. Allee is a former Michigan power lifting champ, and is currently a professional mixed martial arts fighter ( 8-2 pro\am) with a strong submission grappling background. Corey Muzik has been in the fitness business for close to 8 years. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She also has her certification in both Pilates and Yoga with a focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha methods. Corey is currently working towards her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. Because of her extensive background she has a wide range of clientele from those who aim to compete in fitness, to those who need focused rehabilitation. Corey knows that nutrition is 80% of any training program and metabolically profiles each client to identify each individual’s nutritional requirements. She recently started a Woman’s Group with her clients. From monthly newsletters, group workouts and individualized accountability, this group is designed to develop community and support among women of all ages and backgrounds.
Julius Feldbaum, has been an ACE and NCSF certified personal trainer for over 12 years, working with clients of all levels, ages, backgrounds and medical history. Julius has 6 years experience in Artistic Gymnastics and 5 years experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics as a flexibility, conditioning and technical skills coach, and has also worked with contortionists and athletes of all sport types. Julius is also a Pilates Allegro instructor with 9 years of experience and has been involved in various Martial Arts since he was 15 years old.
Julius is a Black belt under 2 federations of Tang Soo Do and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with 5 Grand Champion tournaments wins and a multitude of other titles under his belt. Julius intergrades all his backgrounds into a very effective and safe training program, emphasizing on correct bio-mechanics, posture, flexibility, and strength training.
Jeremaine Kyles is a personal trainer who has spent his whole life involved with sports and physical fitness. He specializes in group training, weight training, and boxing. He also can provide assistance with stretching as the muscles are pushed to their maximum workout. As a former athlete in the collegiate arena as well as possessing a Health Education degree, Jeremaine is qualified to train in exercise, diet and nutrition, and overall wellness programs. Training ranges from individual sessions to group training sessions. Jeremaine is also the instructor for the Ultimate Bootcamp class on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.
Anthony Dixon has 6 years’ experience as a nationally certified personal trainer with clients ranging from the military, law enforcement & semi-pro athletes, to those with special needs.
Anthony specializes in quality of life and sport specific exercise, having trained in partner assisted stretching and core training with clients of all different ages and levels of fitness.
From private one-on-one sessions, to groups, Anthony has designed programs for those looking for the personal aspect of a trainer with the added team mentality that comes from training alongside peers.
Anthony has also trained under Matee Jedeepitak, Mash Gyms premier Muay Thai instructor.
Joseph Robinson is a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] also holding the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification for injury prevention. He is currently working toward completing the Performance Enhancement and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications for NASM. Joe has worked with a variety of clientele, from teens to adults and seniors, highly-skilled athletes to those with various health concerns.
Originally hailing from NJ, Joe attained his 2nd degree Black Belt in Modern American Combat Karate in 2006, and just recently he became a Level 1 Kuya [Officer] under Punong Guro Michael Pana of the Bayani Warrior Group [Filippino Martial Arts] focusing on bladed weapons training. Joe has studied martial arts for over 15 years in various disciplines: Boxing, Doce Pares Escrima [Filippino Martial Arts], Muay Thai, Indonesian Silat, Jeet Kune Do, Savate, Qigong.
