Class information

Boxing is a martial art and combat sport in which two fight using only their firsts. Amateur boxing is an Olympic sport and has been for quite some time and the activity is known to have become a sport due to its acceptance in the ancient Greek Olympic games and has evolved ever since.

Our boxing classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, boxing technique, and getting (and staying) in shape. You’ll find yourself feeling exhausted and accomplished when you finish one of our boxing classes.
